If a part of your tobacco stick gets stuck in the heating chamber, here's what to do:
Turn your Ploom device off and wait for it to cool down. Once it has cooled, grab a pair of non-metallic tweezers and take the stick out. It's really important that you use non-metallic tweezers as using metal could be dangerous. Make sure you remove the stick as carefully as possible, so you don't scratch or damage the inside of the heating chamber.
